ORA Developers has unveiled Y Views at Bayn in Ghantoot, UAE, with a new collection of waterfront villas within its coastal community between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Located about near the downtown Dubai and Abu Dhabi Corniche, Y Views will feature fully finished villas with five, six, seven and eight-bedroom layouts. Built-up areas span from 6,854sqft (637sqm) to 15,794sqft (1,467sqm), while plots reach up to 31,226sqft (2,900 sqm).
Bayn covers 480 hectares and is ORA Developers’ largest project in the UAE. The wider community will include a 204-berth marina, more than seven kilometres of lagoons, a 1.3-kilometre private beach and more than 55 percent dedicated green areas.
Plans for the development also include neighbourhood parks, sports courts, a waterpark, a hotel and a shopping mall.

He added that demand for high-end villas in the UAE has continued to outpace supply, with limited inventory in luxury areas pushing buyers towards newer waterfront communities.
