Hyatt Commercial represented Redemption Song in the $1.1 million USD sale of Misty Morning Marina in Edgewater, Maryland, to neighbouring AYB Marina LLC.
Located on Selby Bay along the South River, Misty Morning Marina provides access to the Chesapeake Bay and occupies approximately 3.59 acres with about 693ft (211 metres) of waterfront frontage. The property has two piers, a boat ramp and a recently renovated building of approximately 3,296sqft (306 metres).
The marina was sold to the owner of neighbouring Anchor Yacht Basin at the mouth of the South River, which has 125 wet slips for vessels from 20-80ft (six to 24 metres) long. The site also accommodates catamarans and provides fuel, winter storage and boatyard services.
Cecil Cummins, Owen Wellschlager and Jeff Griesbauer of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. “We’re very happy for our client and pleased to have helped bring this transaction to a successful closing.
