Located in the natural harbour of Andratx in southwest Mallorca, the marina offers 547 berths for vessels of up to 30 metres. It joins IPM Group’s Balearic network, which includes Marina Port de Mallorca, STP Shipyard Palma, Marina Ibiza, Marina Port Ibiza, Varadero Ibiza and Marina Port Mahón, as well as Marina Port Valencia, Varadero Valencia and Monzó Yacht Painting in the Valencia region.

The transition also marks the formal adoption of the name Marina Port Andratx, alongside the launch of a new logo and updated corporate identity. The design draws inspiration from the lighthouse within the port and reflects its surroundings.

The existing team will remain in place and continue to handle daily operations. As part of the transition, IPM Group has also updated its management structure to support coordination within the group.

Water sports and maritime traditions will continue to shape the marina’s direction in Port d’Andratx. Plans include a broader programme of regattas and sea-based activities aimed at encouraging participation from both local and visiting members of the yachting community.

Patrick Reynés, CEO of IPM Group, said: “We are joining Marina Port Andratx with the utmost respect for the work carried out to date and with a clear intention to build on this. The human team is the cornerstone of any project. By working together, we are confident that we’ll further refine day-to-day operations and continue to elevate service quality with a forward-looking and optimistic outlook.”

José María Campuzano, CEO of IPM Group, said: “Marina Port Andratx is a port with a clearly defined identity and a strong connection to its surroundings. Our commitment is to build on that essence while bringing our expertise in marina management with a focus on continuity and respect.”
