Marina Holdings LLC, in partnership with Resilient Marinas, has acquired Irwin Marine, a marine dealership and service provider on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire, with responsibilities divided between business operations and marina real estate ownership.
Irwin Marine operates in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, offering sales and maintenance services. Under the agreement, Marina Holdings will manage sales and service activities, while Resilient Marinas will own the marina property and associated real estate assets.

Irwin Marine will continue under its current name, with no expected changes to staff or daily operations.
