Situated along one of Lombok’s beachfronts, Marina Bay City is the flagship development of Marina Bay Group, delivered in partnership with Asia-based property platform Kinnara. At the centre of the initiative is a modern international marina that will cater to yachts, charter vessels and regional marine traffic, establishing the area as a hub for marine tourism in Indonesia.

Beyond the marina, the development will comprise high-rise residences with ocean views and a selection of luxury villas and resort-managed apartments. The masterplan includes lifestyle facilities such as retail villages, fine dining, co-working spaces, beach clubs and wellness centres. International schools and medical facilities focused on preventive health are also key components, aiming to support the island’s growing expatriate and local communities.

With sustainability central to its design, Marina Bay City combines eco-conscious architecture and smart infrastructure to promote responsible long-term urban growth. The elements are intended to balance tourism, comfort and environmental stewardship.

CEO of Kinnara, Adrian Campbell, said: "Marina Bay City represents more than just real estate – it is a visionary city of the future. The Marina Bay Group's commitment to excellence and innovation, combined with Kinnara's extensive global marketing platform, ensures this development will be world-class and highly sought after. South-West Lombok is now poised as one of Asia's most exciting and promising coastal frontiers."

By introducing an international marina and a full range of urban and lifestyle amenities, Marina Bay City marks a step forward in positioning South-West Lombok as an emerging destination within Southeast Asia’s coastal development landscape.
