The commercial real estate and brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap have announced the sale of the Wave Pointe Hotel and Marina in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Other terms and conditions of the sale were not disclosed.

In a press release published on 7 July, Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap Jon Ruzicka, said: “This was a rare chance to acquire a high-quality waterfront asset from an institutional absentee owner in the highly desirable Door County market.
“Properties of this calibre seldom come to market, making it a particularly notable acquisition. With more engaged ownership now in place, the property is poised for thoughtful updates that will enhance the guest experience and optimise operations. Door County continues to show strong fundamentals and long-term growth potential in hospitality and tourism.”
Located at 3600 County Road CC, the 124-berth marina can accommodate boats up to 55-feet (16.8-metres).
The marina is marketed online as a “weather-safe” harbour that offers dock hands for assistance during marina hours, sanitary pump-out, grills and picnic tables, a boaters lounge, private bathrooms, showers and dressing areas.
The property was built in 2000 and is located on the western shoreline of the Door Peninsula, Wisconsin.
