Expressions of interest have opened for berthing at Mantaray Marina on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Construction at The Spit is progressing on a precinct designed for vessel owners, industry operators and visitors.

Located on a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and the Broadwater, the marina is close to marine services, refit and maintenance facilities, and lies along cruising paths on Australia’s East Coast, including passages to the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef.
Construction of the 67-berth marina is approaching completion, with 95% of the infrastructure installed. The facility will accommodate vessels ranging from 10-60 metres.
The precinct will feature dining, retail and public-access areas alongside facilities for berth holders. A central feature is The Mantaray Club, a floating two-storey structure at the marina entrance. Its main floor will operate as a public restaurant and bar, while the upper level will host events and provide dedicated facilities for marina customers.
Expressions of interest for short-term or tailored berthing are open until 28 February 2026, allowing vessel owners to secure a berth before the marina’s official opening in May 2026.
Mantaray Marina & Residences is being developed by Gordon Corp in partnership with the Bruce Mathieson Group. Gordon Corp, founded by Tim Gordon, has delivered mixed-use developments across Australia. Bruce Mathieson Group is a major shareholder in Endeavour Group and manages a property portfolio across the country.
