Koç Holding has completed the acquisition of Göcek Village Port Marina and Göcek Exclusive Port Marina, along with associated hotel assets, for $157.7 million USD. The transaction was announced on a public disclosure platform on 2 December 2025.

Koç Holding completed the acquisition through its subsidiary Tek-Art Marina. The company purchased all shares of Beta Marina Liman Yat ve Çekek İşletmeciliği A.Ş. (Beta), and 50 percent of MCI Turizm Marina Yat ve Çekek İşletmesi A.Ş. (MCI) and RAM Turizm Marina Yat ve Çekek İşletmesi A.Ş. (RAM).
Following the acquisition, Tek-Art Marina will have full control of Beta and indirect control of MCI and RAM, giving it operational authority over both Göcek Village Port Marina and Göcek Exclusive Port Marina, as well as the hotel properties.
MCI and RAM hold usage rights for the land areas until 31 December 2033 and for the sea areas until 1 April 2073, and existing lease agreements with current operators will end on 1 October 2026.

The share purchase agreement was signed in July 2025, and the transaction was completed after all closing conditions and regulatory approvals were met. Koç Holding received regulatory clearance in November 2025.
