Hoffmaster’s Marina, an established facility along Virginia’s Occoquan River, has been acquired by Holly Acres to expand marina operations and enhance boating services in the region.

Hoffmaster’s Marina currently features 135 slips, including 60 covered slips, as well as a private launch ramp and a climate-controlled bathhouse. The marina also provides both water dockage and dry storage, making it a key access point for boaters in the region.
Holly Acres, a dealer of Yamaha, Regal and Key West boats, announced the acquisition as part of its continued growth in the marine industry. Founded in 1959, the company is recognised for its customer service, sales expertise and presence in the boating community. By incorporating Hoffmaster’s Marina into its portfolio, Holly Acres aims to broaden its service offerings while preserving the marina’s established legacy.
