The marina features 65 boat slips, 104 rack spaces and approximately 122 metres (400ft) of water frontage. The property also includes a 1,482-metre (15,950sqft) storage and rack building, a 116-metre (1,250sqft) service department and a 206-metre (2,215sqft) marina store that contains offices, bathrooms and shower facilities.
Positioned in downtown Huron, the site is within walking distance of the lakefront, parks, restaurants and entertainment venues. The facility sits midway between Cleveland and Toledo, and around 10 miles from Sandusky, making it accessible by both road and water. Nearby attractions include Cedar Point, Kelleys Island, Put-in-Bay, Kalahari Resorts, Great Wolf Lodge, African Safari Wildlife Park and several local wineries.

The auction is being managed by Colliers and will take place on-site at 11:00 on 25 September 2025, with registration opening at 10:00. The minimum bid is set at $1,150,000 USD, with a 10% buyer’s premium applicable. Open house viewings are scheduled for 4, 11 and 18 September from 11:00 to 12:30.
Property details show more than $2 million USD has been invested in the property since 2021, and it has an estimated 2025 gross income exceeding $750,000.
