ELIRE Infra Solutions has announced LUX by ELIRE, a modular hub system developed to expand marina capacity and services as demand for superyacht berths continues to grow. The concept uses floating platforms placed nearshore and offers an alternative for marinas facing space constraints and limits on coastal development.

LUX by ELIRE offers floating platforms designed for rapid deployment and adaptable layouts, with sizes ranging from 200-1,600sqm. The system is intended to address berth shortages, support evolving superyacht services and incorporate eco-mooring systems.
Mooring hubs provide space for tenders and support vessels, while service & power hubs provide utilities such as water systems, energy and refuelling, and luxury hubs offer guest areas including lounges, dining spaces, wellness facilities and dedicated crew zones.

Luke Jenkinson, founder and group CEO of ELIRE, said: “Luxury yachting in the next decade will not be defined by how much land a marina can develop, but by how intelligently it uses the water that surrounds it. Our hubs provide the flexibility to expand marina capacity, elevate guest experience and introduce entirely new waterfront possibilities, all while preserving the marine environment.”
