Eagle Hills has opened a new presentation centre in Tbilisi as part of its continued expansion in Georgia. The facility introduces two large-scale developments, Tbilisi waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina, with a combined planned investment of about $6.5 billion USD.

The opening ceremony was attended by Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia; Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development; and Mohamed Alabbar, Founder and Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties.

Located in central Tbilisi, the new presentation centre highlights the design approach and sustainability features of the two projects. The centre also provides visitors with information about their plans, scope and intended contribution to Georgia’s economic landscape.

Gonio Yachts & Marina covers 260 hectares near Batumi on the Black Sea coast. The project includes a yacht marina, residential areas, hotels, retail spaces and public parks. Its design focuses on energy efficiency, responsible coastal management and biodiversity protection. It is expected to support Batumi’s tourism and leisure sectors while preserving the natural setting of the coastline.

Tbilisi waterfront extends over 590 hectares along the riverbanks of the capital, with around 170 hectares dedicated to open and green areas. The plan combines residential, retail, hospitality and wellness spaces connected by pedestrian and cycling paths. It aims to create a sustainable urban environment that supports community well-being and active living.

The two projects are expected to generate more than 30,000 jobs, attract around 350,000 visitors annually and bring about $10 billion in foreign direct investment.
