D-Marin has announced the launch of an exclusive anchorage zone at J1 Beach, Dubai’s newest beachfront destination, in partnership with MEREX Investment. The new development enables yacht owners to access a hub directly by sea, offering an enhanced experience combining dining, beach clubs and hospitality.

Located close to D-Marin Port De La Mer, the J1 Beach is a 160-berth marina on the northern peninsula of La Mer. The anchorage provides yacht guests with seamless arrival and transfer services. Once anchored in the designated offshore area, guests are welcomed by the D-Marin team and transferred to the beach jetty via a dedicated tender service, ensuring a comfortable and refined transition ashore.

J1 Beach features 13 licensed restaurants and beach clubs inspired by international culinary capitals, including Tulum and New York. Among its venues are renowned names such as Gigi Rigolatto, Sirene by Gaia,and Bâoli, creating a diverse culinary and lifestyle offering.
