Escape Resort & Marina in Casey Key, Florida, sold for over $8.6 million USD on 25 July. Angelia Young of A. Young Realty Group represented both the seller, Casey Key Ventures LLC, and the buyer, Miller Southwest LLC.
According to a press release, the sale emphasises a growing desire for coastal hospitality assets. The property has direct intracoastal access, deeded beach frontage, 15 boat slips, 14 condos, townhomes and villas, a heated pool and a clubhouse with kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles.
“Escape Resort & Marina is one of the most compelling waterfront hospitality offerings to come to market in Sarasota County in recent years,” Young said in a press release. “We were pleased to facilitate a smooth transaction between two experienced entities and to secure a buyer committed to preserving the resort’s unique character while investing in its continued success.”
