Madison Capital Group has acquired Bristol Harbor Marina, a 49-slip facility in Panama City, Florida. SVN Marinas facilitated the sale, marking the network’s third marina transaction in the local market.

David R. Kendall, CCIM, and Josh Sheppard of SVN Nautilus led the deal, working alongside Kevin Wattenbarger of Five Bridges Real Estate Services.
Bristol Harbor Marina sits within walking distance of downtown Panama City, featuring fixed piers, water and electric service, individual pump-out systems, gated security and on-site retail and office space. The facility also includes a covered pavilion and supports charter operations.
“Bristol Harbor offers a rare combination of privacy, protected waters and proximity to downtown – with unmatched access to the Gulf and Emerald Coast,” said Josh Sheppard. SVN Marinas noted that the sale reflects growing interest in “well-located, income-producing coastal properties”.
Madison Capital Group operates as a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. The company focuses on multifamily housing, self-storage and boat and RV storage sectors.
While the parties did not disclose financial details, the sale reflects the sustained demand for coastal marina assets.
