The marina sits minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, providing boaters with direct access to cruising grounds. According to Marina Brokerage Advisors, who handled the sale, the site features 260 dry rack spaces, 54 wet slips and a tiki restaurant building.

Since the 1960s, the Travis family has operated the facility, which they describe as built on “integrity, quality service and personal relationships”. Bay Pines Marina offers seasonal and annual slip rentals, access with gated security, on-site fuel and repair services. The facility also handles boat cleaning, haul-outs and concierge launching.

The new owner, Bowline Marinas, intends to uphold the standards and traditions established over the years. In June 2025, Bowline also acquired Shem Creek Marina in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, a transaction also handled by Marina Brokerage Advisors.
